Crossfields Europa

Evaluation, certification and quality assurance

with a difference.

Since 2008, Crossfields has been designing, delivering, accrediting and quality-assuring a wide range of international education programmes, qualifications and courses - from small embedded courses to nationally recognised awards.

Our educational programmes bridge learning with life and practice. Our aim is to deepen students’ engagement with their professions through reflective, experiential and interconnected learning experiences.

We design innovative and creative systems and conduct evaluations that promote clarity, transparency and educational rigour.

We offer to formally evaluate educational programmes against the European Qualifications Framework, which describe the knowledge, skills, and competencies expected of learners, students and professional practitioners. Our methodology is informed by the European Standards and Guidelines (ESG), the primary reference framework for quality assurance across European higher education.

Evaluations are conducted by experienced reviewers with expertise in both the subject field and quality assurance methodology.

We work with transparency, rigour, and respect for the diversity of professional training traditions across Europe. Our aim is not to standardise, but to recognise - and to make that recognition credible, practical, and meaningful.

Actively developing Quality standards for mental health and wellbeing

Today Crossfields Europa is the appointed external quality assurance and certification body for all member organisations under the Danish Association of Psychotherapists (DPFO).

This means

  • We are responsible for evaluating and certifying psychotherapy institutes in Denmark against robust national quality standards co-developed with the Danish Association of Psychotherapists (DPFO).

  • Certification is part of ensuring high professional standards and supporting progression toward recognised qualification levels compatible with national and European frameworks.

  • In partnership with the DPFO we are building a vibrant practice-led research culture for psychotherapy students and professionals in Denmark and Europe, including general research modules and ongoing inquiry into practitioner-led research.

Forskning i egen praksis

Indføring for praktikere

Social impact on a global scale since 2008 …

I would like to thank the Crossfields team for the help you gave us in establishing the Integrated Learning for Living and Work Programme in Botswana from 2010 onwards. The programme won the 2019 UNESCO-Japan Prize on Education for Sustainable Development – without your help this could not even have been a possibility.
